The safety of overhead transmission lines that cross high-speed railways, highways, and important transmission channels depends on the tension clamps installed on the top of the tower. Through X-ray inspection technology, it is possible to clearly discover the quality and content of the crimping resistance of the tension clamp.

According to reports, Chengde Power Supply Company will gradually carry out X-ray inspection work, comprehensively check the tension clamps of overhead transmission lines that cross high-speed railways, expressways and important transmission channels, and archive the test results for the record. The tension clamps are processed immediately to prevent transmission line failure due to the quality of the tension clamps.
