Requirement for radiological protection in industrial X-ray

Site inspection and inspection requirements for on-site inspection
1. When using the mobile X-ray inspection device for on-site inspection, the control area and the supervision area should be determined by patrol.
2. When the conditions of the X-ray flaw detection device, the place, the object to be inspected (material, specification, shape), irradiation direction, shielding, etc. change, the patrol should be re-tested to determine the new boundary line.
3. The operating position should be checked during operation to ensure that the radiation level at the operating position is acceptable.
4. Under the working condition, the dose equivalent rate around the boundary between the control area and the supervision area should be checked to ensure that it is lower than the guidance level set by national regulations and operating units.
5. When the flaw detector stops working, the level of radiation at the operator's location should also be checked to determine that the flaw detector has stopped working.

X-ray flaw detection device Under rated working conditions, the radiation level around the inspection room should meet:
(1) The weekly dose reference control level of the person at the point of interest is no more than 100uSv/week for the professional staff and no more than 5uSv/week for the public.
(2) The highest surrounding dose equivalent rate reference control level is not more than 2.5uSv/h
