1 . Industrial X-ray radiography facilities
A general term for equipment for X-ray or tomographic inspection of the internal structure of an object, including an X-ray tube head assembly, a control box, and a connecting cable. The X-ray flaw detection device can be divided into a directional type and a circumferential type according to the direction of the X-ray emission and the window range; and can be classified into a fixed type and a movable type according to the installation form.
2 . Industrial X-ray radiography in special room
The working process of inspecting the internal structure of the object to be measured by X-rays generated by the X-ray flaw detector in the flaw detection room.
3 . Industrial X-ray radiography on site
The X-ray inspection of the internal structure of the object is carried out in a outdoor, production or installation site using a mobile X-ray inspection device.
Performance requirements for radiation protection of industrial X-ray inspection equipment
1. A mobile or fixed X-ray tube head assembly should be able to be secured in any desired position and locked.
2. The X-ray tube head should be equipped with a limiting device.
3. The X-ray tube window aperture shall not be larger than the required size for the rated maximum useful harness.
4. The X-ray device under the rated working conditions, the ray ray kinetic energy rate at 1 m from the X-ray tube focus should meet the requirements of the following table.
