A company from Anhui promotes Chinese NDT standard test in V

Recently, two sets of 600,000 KW coal-fired power plants in Haiyang, Vietnam, which can be built and built by China, have become the first batch of projects to implement Chinese standard NDT testing in Vietnam. Up to now, the non-destructive testing of the heating surfaces of the two boilers has been carried out smoothly.

 

Before the heating surface was opened, An'hui Electric onstruction Company learned through visits that the non-destructive testing performed by Vietnam is ASME standard, but the ASME standard emphasizes the prior control, and the welder's personal quality and welding workload are strictly required as a single welding port. Multiple times of transillumination, the detection takes a long time. The company intends to implement a single-transmission multi-weld joint Chinese standard NDT test in the territory. The detection method is more comprehensive than ASME, and the detection time is faster, and it has a better driving effect on the overall installation work of the boiler. This specification is commonly used in the power industry for NDE testing. After reviewing the relevant contracts and the list of Chinese standards and regulations approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, the company decided to further communicate with BOT, OE, EPC and try to implement China's non-destructive testing standards on site.

During the period, Anhui Power Construction Company and Jinli Technology Subsidiary jointly conducted and exchanged and discussed with the territorial metal testing company and the testing organization of Vietnam Construction University to study the feasibility of the implementation of China NDT in the territories. Metal testing companies have indicated that they can cooperate, and finally through the long five rounds of special technical discussions and negotiations, conquered BOT and OE, successfully implemented China's NDT testing standards in Haiyang project, saving more than 4 times the cost and testing time, as the heating surface Combination and installation have created favorable conditions.
