In recent years, the wind power industry has developed rapidly and competition has intensified. Under the condition that the wind power industry's regular inspection specifications are not complete, owners and host companies inevitably relax the requirements for regular inspection. Therefore, wind turbine towers with seemingly simple structures may exist. Great quality risks cause fatal damage to the entire fan system.
Due to the special location of the fan, the maintenance cost of rented equipment is high, and the mobile equipment has a long time, and the work efficiency is extremely low. In addition, if some platform metal objects collide with the blade in case of sudden weather, it is common to damage the blade.
The tower and foundation are the main bearing components of the wind turbine. From the perspective of function and force, the mechanical components and power generation system (gravity load) that support the wind turbine are subjected to the blade force and the wind force (bending moment, thrust and torque on the tower). The tower must also have sufficient fatigue strength to withstand the vibration load caused by the fan, including the periodic effects of startup and shutdown, gust changes, and tower shadow benefits, especially when the tower vertical deviation is large, the tower welding Seams (especially girth welds) and flange necks often produce large stresses. If there are defects in these places, they can cause devastating damage to the tower. Therefore, the tower inspection is particularly important and urgent.
In addition, for non-destructive testing of wind turbines, the portable and lightweight equipment is required first. Our SHW200 x ray machine is small in size and light in weight, only weighing less than 9 kilograms. It is very suitable for high-altitude operations such as wind turbine detection and high-altitude electric clamp detection.
