Quality inspection of prefabricated shear wall sleeve grouti

Prefabricated shear wall specimens and prefabricated sandwich thermal shear wall specimens were designed in combination with engineering practice. Research on X-ray digital imaging (DR) based detection technology was carried out, and X-ray film imaging method and X-ray computer imaging method were carried out. (CR) was compared.

DR detection technology is feasible for the inspection of grouting quality of single-row central sleeve or plum-shaped arrangement sleeve in prefabricated shear wall or prefabricated sandwich insulation shear wall. It is used for grouting quality inspection of double-row symmetrically arranged sleeves. If necessary, the damage method needs to be combined with the damage method; compared with the film imaging detection technology and the CR detection technology, the DR detection technology is more clear, and the application prospect in the detection of the pre-made shear wall sleeve grouting connection quality is very broad.
