Type B test block
1.1 Shape and Size
The B-type test block is ring-shaped, and its shape and size are shown in Figure 1.
1.2 Materials
The material of Type B test block shall be annealed 9CrWMn steel forgings, the grain size shall not be less than 4 and the hardness shall reach 90HRB-95HRB
1.3 surface roughness
The surface roughness of the surface of the B-type test block is not greater than Ra = 3.2um
E type test block
2.1 Shape and Size
The E-type test block is ring-shaped, and its shape and size are shown in Figure 2.
The E-type test block also includes an insulating bush and a conductive mandrel. The test block and the insulating bush, the insulating bush and the conductive mandrel should be closely fitted without gaps.
2.2 Materials
The material of the E-type test block shall be an annealed 10 steel forging, and the grain size shall not be less than 4 grade.
The material of the insulation bushing should be heat-resistant, oil-resistant and deformation-resistant non-metallic materials, such as phenolic bakelite
2.3 surface roughness
The roughness of the surface of the E-type test block is not greater than Ra = 3.2um
